Stacey Cartagenova, MS/SLP, President

Stacey holds a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology, and was a practitioner for many years before she founded Therapy Source in 2001.  Among other awards, she has been honored by the National Association of Executive and Professional Women.  Stacey is also Therapy Source’s “Chief Energizing Officer,” always promoting a can-do attitude and get-it-done mentality.  She works closely with Account Management and oversees all client and therapist relationships, ensuring Therapy Source consistently operates according to its mission and commitment to clients.

Primary responsibility: getting it done for clients.

Joshua Cartagenova, MBA, CEO

Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and International Business. He has spearheaded growth of the organization for the past 10 years, expanding from Pennsylvania into 21 states. He oversees all departments:  sales and account management, marketing, finance, operations and human resources.

Primary responsibility: growing the company and number of reasons for client/therapist loyalty.

David Rubinstein, B.A., Managing Director

David owned a staffing company for 14 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biology from Arcadia University. David oversees operations at a macro level, and helps clients understand their needs in new markets.  Managing the Account Management and Talent Acquisition teams, David is, as “Chief Optimist”, an excellent coach and is personally committed to ensure each employee is motivated to fill every therapy staffing need with excellence around the clock.
